This wine would be called Jurançon if it followed the rules but it isn't, because it doesn't.
Orange wine is essentially low/no-intervention winemaking wherein the producer leaves skin in contact with juice during fermentation of a WHITE wine rather than a red one. Tannins are retained and mouthfeel is more like a red wine.
This particular wine is also from organically-grown grapes and is unfiltered and unsulphured.
Orange wine is a fashion thing currently but this is the real deal.
